The Coral St master bathroom renovation was a full rebuild of a previously damaged space that had been flood cut and remediated due to a water leak. The goal of this project was not only to restore the bathroom but to completely redesign it for better function, durability, and long term protection.

Our team removed walls and an existing linen closet to open up the layout and make better use of a smaller master bathroom footprint. By re framing the space and working closely with the design team, we were able to create a more open, efficient layout that feels significantly larger and more functional.

A key focus of this project was ensuring the space was fully sealed and protected from future moisture issues.

Design Details

This renovation centered around performance, layout improvement, and clean modern finishes.

The entire bathroom was rebuilt with a strong emphasis on waterproofing. A KBRS waterproofing system was installed to ensure long term protection against leaks and moisture intrusion. This was critical given the previous damage and is one of the most important upgrades in the space.

The new shower features custom tile work including a marble shower floor and detailed tile layout that adds depth and character. A built in niche provides practical storage while maintaining a clean look. The space is enclosed with a seamless glass shower enclosure, allowing the room to feel open and unobstructed.

The bathroom also includes a new vanity, linen cabinet, updated drywall and trim, and Kohler plumbing fixtures throughout. An LED mirror adds both functionality and a modern touch to the space.
