The Cove Cay project was a complete interior transformation of a Clearwater condominium, designed to elevate both style and functionality while embracing a clean, modern aesthetic. The ANM Contracting team managed a full remodel across the kitchen, living space, and primary bathroom, creating a cohesive design that feels contemporary, refined, and well-suited for coastal modern living.
From updated finishes and lighting to cabinetry and statement features, every element of this condo was thoughtfully redesigned to deliver a polished, upscale result.

Design Details

Kitchen and Living Area

The kitchen was reimagined as a modern, highly functional space anchored by mixed grey cabinetry paired with brushed gold hardware for subtle contrast and warmth. A countertop-to-ceiling backsplash creates a striking focal point while keeping the design clean and seamless. The space was finished with all-new modern appliances, enhancing both performance and visual appeal.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a custom dry bar and coffee area was added, featuring double-door cabinetry and a stainless steel wine fridge, making the space ideal for entertaining and everyday convenience.

Throughout the condo, light wood plank flooring was installed to unify the space and bring warmth to the modern finishes. New baseboards and trim complete the look, while a shiplap accent wall behind the TV adds texture and visual interest to the main living area.

Primary Bathroom

The primary bathroom was fully remodeled to mirror the kitchen’s modern design language.

A custom vanity was installed to match the kitchen cabinetry, creating continuity throughout the condo. The space was upgraded with high-efficiency lighting, modern plumbing fixtures, and an open shower layout finished with all-new tile from floor to ceiling. The result is a clean, spa-like bathroom that balances style with functionality.
