The Palace Ct master bathroom renovation was a complete transformation of an outdated space into a clean, modern, and highly functional retreat. The existing layout featured a traditional drop in tub and deck along with older finishes that no longer matched the homeowner’s vision. Our team at ANM Contracting reworked the entire space from the ground up to create a more open and refined design.

One of the most impactful changes in this project was the transition from the original built in tub to a freestanding tub, which immediately elevated the look and feel of the bathroom. Combined with updated tile work, lighting, and fixtures, the space now feels bright, open, and designed for everyday comfort.

Design Details

This renovation focused on both visual improvement and layout efficiency. Every element was updated to bring the bathroom in line with a modern luxury standard while maintaining long term durability.

The original flooring, shower tile, tub, surround, vanities, countertops, mirrors, and fixtures were fully removed to allow for a clean rebuild. New drywall and texture were installed throughout the space to create a seamless finish between existing and new construction.

Plumbing was relocated to support the new layout, allowing for the installation of a freestanding tub and a redesigned shower configuration. This change opened up the room and created a more natural flow.

The bathroom now features all new tile, glass, cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures. Kohler plumbing fixtures were selected for both performance and design consistency. The custom tile work stands out as a key feature of the space, including a detailed picture frame layout and a built in soap niche that adds both function and visual interest.
